How to Make Easy Halloween Monster Fudge Brownies
I love being festive for the holidays but, tbh, who has time to make elaborate holiday baked goods?!
This recipe is the perfect blend of ease and Halloween spirit. Here is where I found those super cute Monster sprinkles! For the M&M's, just make sure you get the bag marked "Ghoul's Mix"! Happy eating!
How to Make Easy Halloween Monster Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup M&M’s Ghoul Mix (the Halloween color mix)
Halloween sprinkles from link above (or sprinkles of your choice!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x9 brownie pan with greased parchment paper and set aside.
Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add one egg at a time, making sure it is completely incorporated before progressing to the next. Stir in vanilla.
Add the flour in two increments along with the cocoa powder and salt. By adding ingredients a little at a time you avoid making big messes and lumps!
Once the brownie batter is homogenous, fold in the Ghoul Mix with a spatula. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the brownies have started to set in the middle.
