3 Easy Baking Tips
A couple baking tips you can use on any recipe!
When a recipe calls for room temperature eggs, drop them in some warm water.
To check if your baked good is done, don’t ruin it with a toothpick hole! Just lightly touch for the bounce test to see if it bounces back.
Once they’re done, and as soon as you can touch them, put them on a cooling rack so they stay nice and moist!
