I'm an outgoing Texan that is a professional trained chef. After graduating at the Culinary Institute of America I went on to work at such restaurants as per se and Eleven Madison Park. I left the restaurant world to allow people to enjoy restaurant quality food inside the comfort of their home. Whether it’s through a private dinner party or recipe creation for some of the top brands in media.
